There’s no question the voiceover industry is constantly evolving. Over the past couple of years it has boomed, at a rapid rate. There are more voiceovers now than ever before.  But, there’s also a ton of work out there if you know where to look.

That’s why, now more than ever it’s important to shine a spotlight on your voice with the best tools you can. And the first place to start? It’s by marketing your demo or showreel.

How do you stay relevant and on top of your game when it comes to your voiceover career? There are many areas for you to focus on but your demo or voice reel is your best chance to showcase yourself.  It’s the prime tool you can use to make your mark in the industry.

Think of your voice reel as your shop window, a way to illustrate your range of skill and your work. These 60 or 90 second clips are featured on your website, sent to agents, casting directors and producers. They are your biggest chance to highlight what you can do vocally.

THE WORKSHOP BREAKDOWN

In this workshop Tom will share with you ways to market your voice over reel and make your demo work for you to create new clients. He’ll be covering marketing strategies he’s perfected over his 20 years of working in the industry and sharing them with you to give your marketing efforts a tangible boost.

Tom will be working 1-2-1 with just 10 voice actors. You will send in your demo/showreel to be shared with Tom prior to the workshop. Tom will then critique your reel and give strategies to showcase your voice and help with landing those big VO jobs. This is an incredible opportunity!

There are 2 options – the first is to book a spot as a reader, there are only 10 of these available! The second is to be a watcher, this is where you don’t do any reading but you get to sit in and watch how Tom works with each actor and directs them.
