👋 Welcome to our New Triathlete/OWS Swim Clinic Registration Page! Whether you're a Level 1 beginner or Level 2 triathlete, our immersive experience, led by licensed coaches, reduces open water and race day fears. Personalized attention with a 20-participant limit. Not a learn-to-swim clinic, prerequisites: swim 25 yards continuously.
🏊♂️ Clinic Includes:
- Out of Water Stretching/Warm Up
- Guided in-water presentation
- Stroke technique and form correction
- Open water tactics and sighting correction
- Triathlon swim race preparation tips
🎒 What to Bring:
- Swim apparel: one-piece for females, form-fitting trunks for males
- Goggles, swim cap, flip flops
- Towel, kickboard/buoy/fins (if available)
- Water bottle, small snack
🗓️ Schedule:
- 2:15: Arrive at Lane 1 in Aquatics Center
- 2:30: Dryland Swim warm-up
- 2:45 - 3:45: Swim Time and wrap up
