About the Event

Many people neglect focusing on transitions when training, which are the periods between each of the three athletic components of a Duathlon or Triathlon.

A faster transition can lead to a new personal best, while a sloppy one might cost an athlete valuable time and cause significant emotional pain.

Coach Carolina Estrada of Tough Cookies will demonstrate a suitable transition set-up for you to follow along with. Providing advice on how to reduce the time it takes to switch sports and become more adept at doing so.
