About the Event
I am thrilled to be a part of this women's health summit along with these powerful women sharing life changing practises and knowledge that can support you in feeling more at home in your feminine body and mind.
We will be delving into the divine feminine, hormonal health, menstural cycle awareness, sleep support, immune support, natural skincare. We will have morning meditations and a restorative yoga class.
