Vetting the Superstar terms.
'OPPORTUNITY': For Silver tickets there is a photograph opportunity which means that you can have a photo if you pay on the night.
SITTING WITH FRIENDS: To ensure you are sat with your friends please book under the same name this will automatically sit you together.
REFUNDS: A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets may not be exchanged, refunded or re-sold.
Refund policy if the event is cancelled due to the COVID-19:
A person gets notified about the cancellation of any event. A person will receive their refund automatically through the same method of payment used to complete your purchase (eg:- If the payment is made using UPI, the money comes back into the UPI account). The refunds are generally delivered within 7-21 business days.
If the event is postponed, we will contact you via phone or email with the information regarding the changes in the time, venue, date, and more. The tickets are valid for the new event date.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: It is paramount to Superstar Speakers that everyone fully enjoys this event. If you have ANY special requirements (E.g. Access) please notify us BEFORE the show as we may not be able to accommodate you if told on the night.
COMMUNICATION: We love to keep you updated on the event and will contact you via the email you register with. Your tickets will be sent to this email and we will inform you of any changes so please ensure you enter your email correctly. Please ensure your server accepts messages from us as we can not be responsible for missed communicated due to blocked messages.
