Service Description Overview: This consultation is particularly well-suited for individuals aiming to support their health and address chronic and complex health symptoms.  My analysis takes into account an assessment of your health timeline and helps with the identification of the triggers and root causes of your symptoms. For those navigating health concerns, my tailored approach considers your specific symptoms, offering insights into dietary interventions and supplement protocols that may complement your healing journey.  In some cases I may recommend further testing to gain further insights into your health profile. Once all the information has been gathered, I will create a bespoke plan that usually includes dietary, lifestyle and supplement recommendation to support your healing journey. What's included: Pre consultation work up to asses: • Up to 2 tests that you have previously had done, • Your health history time line • Preparation of a food diary analysis (where appropriate) • 1 x GP or medical referral letter if required 60 minute e-consultation to discuss case history and proposed intervention roadmap 6 week Q&A support 30 minute follow up to be taken within 6 weeks of the initial consultation Nutrition and lifestyle pack Full drug/nutrient/supplement interaction check Discount on supplements Please note that any tests and supplements that may be required are charged extra to the consultation. Please note: No payments are made online, once you have booked we will send an invoice out separately that will need to be settled prior to your consultation. For initial consultations please book at least 2 weeks ahead to ensure enough time for you to create a 7 day food diary and the BeNourished analysis required. After you have booked you will get notification by email to join Practice Better where you will access your client portal and complete your intake forms and access your invoice.
