Overview: Our Essential Wellness/Supplementation Check is designed for those seeking a focused and approachable entry point to enhancing their health journey.  In this consultation, I provide expert guidance on any previous tests performed and any questions that you have about your health concerns so that I can design a summarised intervention / supplementation plan to support current symptoms.  The Essential Wellness/Supplementation Check is tailored to address your immediate needs, enabling you to make informed choices regarding supplements, dietary interventions, and protocols, I can also provide you with a drug/nutrient interaction checklist to ensure that your supplement protocol is safe.  This consultation is not a deep-dive into extensive research into your case, nor does it provide a personalised nutrition and lifestyle programme, our Essential Wellness Check equips you with valuable insights to kickstart your path towards improved health and vitality. It's a step towards wellness that's both practical and impactful.
