Service Description

Kids class schedule -(subject to change) A fun filled class for your little monkeys! If your kids love swinging, climbing and hanging off various things then they are going to love this class. Each week we will try try out different circus based skills these include: Trapeze, Silks, Aerial Hoop, Pole, Acro and Aerial Yoga. Children will be sharing the equipment. What to wear: Tight layers: Leggings and vest top/long sleeve top or tights and leotard are ideal. Barefeet or grip socks/ Verruca socks POLE - Shorts, Vest top & bare feet /Verruca socks preferable to help grip . Please bring a drink to stay hydrated. Ages: 6-13yrs (ages 5 & 14 by negotiation- please discuss with us) (age 14+ may join our most of our regular classes -please check each individual class description or message us) Parents of children under 8yrs and for those with additional needs are requested to stay and help with their child. All other parents may stay and watch or help if they wish. Please only photograph your own child unless you have gained consent. We sometimes take photos for our social media please let us know if you would be happy to photograph and share pictures. PRICE: £7.50 payg or £40 for 6 sessions paid in advance. (£6.66 per class) on the kids membership plan. (Valid for 2 months ) *Parents if you come to class you may use your own credits from your own membership for your own children. Payment plans We have a number of payment plans to choose from which work out better value if your able to come regularly to classes. They are valid for one month and reoccur unless cancelled which you are free to do so at anytime. Monthly credits must be used up within the month or will be lost. 24 hours notice must be given if you wish to cancel & reschedule a class. Class passes are normally limited to one person but we have a special family arrangement so they can be used for a parent and their own children under 18yrs . £55pm = 10 class credits pm (£5.50 per class) £65pm= 15 class credits pm (£4.33 per class)

Cancellation Policy

24 hrs notice must be given if you wish to cancel or re-schedule. Cancellation after this will result in loss of your class credit. Class credits are non-refundable & non-transferable, for individual use only. You can manage your bookings online. Please text 07790575811 if less than 24 hrs notice to notify your instructor and so space can be offered to others waiting. Pole Affinity retains the right to cancel or change classes without prior notice. If less than 3 people are booked by 12 midday on day of class, then class will be cancelled. We will attempt to notify you at least 2hrs before scheduled start time of any class cancellations and credit your class back. Class Packs : You may cancel the re-occurring monthly subscription at anytime online via your account login. Please ensure if you get a new bank card to update your details as this will cause payment failure and cancellation of your subscription.
