Tarpon Season run In Charlotte Harbor it runs from May through September. These fish get up to 200 pounds. The like to dance in the air and shake their heads at you. If you want a fighting fish just for sport, this is your fish. You may have the Tarpon on for just a moment or you may be fighting it for hours. All fishing equipment is includes, fishing licenses and a cooler of ice. If Harbor Tarpon does not want to cooperate, you have the chance to fish backcountry of Charlotte Harbor.
