Service Description

The brain and body are connected and part of the whole person. The presence of stress can have a major negative impact on our physical health, while the onset of any physical or physiological challenges can also introduce new stress into our lives. By understanding how stress impacts our health and what steps we can take to stay emotionally balanced, we can lay the foundation for complete wellness. To support our clients on their wellness journey, we offer health, wellness, emotional, and holistic life coaching support. Coaching increases our clients' compliance with their treatment plans, hence the chance of being successful in their health and wellness goals. Every client receives optional followup coaching support from our certified professional health and wellness psychologist and coach who collaborates with them to effectively develop and execute their care plan.

Cancellation Policy

We take great care to ensure that all our products and services are of the highest quality. However, in the rare event that a product or service is found to be unsatisfactory, we encourage customers to contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product or service by emailing us at contact@palmspringswellness.com or by phone at 18339356377. Our team will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, which may include a replacement or credit, at our discretion. Same-day appointment fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the customer has received the service or product. All bookings are final and cannot be refunded. Once an order for a service or product has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or disputed for any reason, including but not limited to defects, quality issues, or dissatisfaction with the service or product. Once a booking has been made and confirmed, the customer agrees to pay the full amount of the booking even if the booking is later canceled. We reserve the right to refuse cancellation or dispute requests and any associated refunds or replacements. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by this cancellation policy and accepts full responsibility for the purchase. In the event that a cancellation or dispute request is made despite this policy, we will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer. We reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of such a cancellation, we will provide the customer with a full refund. By making a booking with us, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges that they will be held responsible for any charges resulting from a cancellation.
