Various interval sessions to improve speed and running efficiency


Service Description

16/5/24: Session 1: Warm up run to GP 1 min rec 3 mins at 5k pace 2 min rec 30 sprint x 12 with 30 sec rec in between Cool down run back to cars. Session 2 (beginners) 30 sec x 5 sprint With 1 min rec in between. 5k plod run Cool down run back to cars. Always remember to stretch after your sessions, this is very important to enable to body to recover well. Any questions, please do ask.
