Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Booking: Clients are required to book appointments in advance for all services at our wig salon. Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system. 2. Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. We kindly request that clients arrive at the salon at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. 3. Late Arrival: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule their appointment to another available time slot. This policy ensures that we can accommodate all clients efficiently and minimize disruptions to our schedule. 4. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and clients may need to cancel or reschedule their appointments. We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee. 5. Extra Guests: Due to the sensitivity and privacy of our business, we kindly request that clients refrain from bringing extra guests to their appointments unless necessary.
