To cancel or reschedule please contact Empowa at least 24 hours in advance. Please see T&Cs on FAQ page for more details of Cancellation policy. In summary; if you’ve booked a Package, unless otherwise stated, the full payment is deemed as your Retainer, which is only refundable in certain circumstances.
