siStar, Let me start out by asking, how are you feeling? Light or heavy in your body? Are you being the woman you desire to be? Are you holding on to BAGGAGE? Do you show your worth through your actions?  I ask these questions because I want you to focus on YOU! That’s what Heal, Grow & Glow is about, focusing on you and becoming the woman you desire to be. Letting go people, places, things, limiting ideas, undesirable situations…anything that has not been for your greatest good. How can I help? I’ve been where you are, wanting more for myself. I knew that life had much more for me to experience. But I also knew I was standing in my own way. I was fearful of the unknown. The what ifs. So, I just stood still, and time passed me by. So, how did I get out of my own way? I started to move. I had personal coaching sessions, attended workshops and retreats. I actively participated in my GLOW UP. I started to put myself first!  If you are reading this, I’m sure it’s because you have a heaviness in your body and you are looking for a change within your life. You want to do more than just exist; you want to live YOUR life. You want to change but you don’t know where to start. In this consultation we will talk and I will assist you in developing a roadmap to assist you with moving forward and living the life you desire.
