Choosing Your Tattoo Design and Artist Begin by thoroughly researching tattoo designs and styles that resonate with you. Selecting the right artist is crucial; look for someone whose style aligns with your vision and has a proven track record of quality and professionalism. Initial Consultation: The First Step The initial consultation is your opportunity to discuss your ideas, preferences, and any questions you may have. Come prepared with references or concepts to help the artist understand your vision. Scheduling and Availability Understanding your chosen artist's scheduling and availability is vital. Be prepared for possible wait times, and approach the booking with flexibility regarding dates and times. Deposit and Pricing Information A deposit is typically required to secure your appointment and contribute toward the total cost of your tattoo. Discuss the pricing openly with your artist to get a clear estimate and understand what factors might influence the final price. Preparing for Your Tattoo Session Follow any pre-tattoo instructions provided by your artist, such as staying hydrated, avoiding alcohol, and coming in well-rested. Understanding our policies will help ensure a smooth process for everyone involved. Booking Policy Consultation Appointments: All tattoo projects begin with a mandatory consultation appointment. This can be booked online through our website or directly at the studio. The consultation is a critical step to discuss your design ideas, placement, sizing, and pricing. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your tattoo. The amount will vary depending on the size and complexity of the design. Scheduling Your Tattoo Session: Once your consultation is complete and your deposit is received, we will schedule your tattoo session(s). We strive to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability, but please be aware that some of our artists may have extended wait times due to high demand. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: If you need to cancel or reschedule your tattoo appointment, we require at least 72 hours' notice. This allows us ample time to offer the slot to another client on our waitlist. Deposit Forfeiture: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Rescheduling: Your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time if you provide more than 72 hours' notice. We allow for one rescheduling occurrence per deposit, after which a new deposit may be required. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: Clients can opt to join our waitlist if their preferred artist is fully booked or if they are waiting for a specific appointment date to become available. Notification: Clients on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone if an appointment slot becomes available. Please respond promptly as these slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Deposit: Once an appointment is offered to a client on the waitlist, a deposit must be made to secure the slot, following the same guidelines as our booking policy.
