Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Online Yin Yoga Class: We understand that sometimes you may not be able to attend our online Yin yoga classes due to unforeseen circumstances. We have implemented the following cancellation policy to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness to all participants: Cancellation Window: If you cannot attend a scheduled online Yin yoga class, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before the class starts. Credit Offer: In case of a cancellation made within the stipulated time frame, you will be offered a credit that can be applied toward the next available Yin yoga class. Redemption: To redeem your credit, simply inform us of your desired class date and time when you rebook. The credit will be automatically applied to your booking. No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled class without prior notification, you will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements. Policy Updates: This cancellation policy is subject to change at the discretion of Energetic Insights. Any updates or modifications will be communicated to participants promptly.
