We provide Kid's Wellness Workshops and Kidz Yoga classes and programs at your location. Various health topics for all age groups: Prenatal Baby 0-12 mos. Contact us to discuss implementing a yoga program in your school, center or fitness club. Oooohmmmm! Toddler 1-3 yrs. Preschool 3-5 yrs Grade School 5- 12 yrs. Teen 12-18 yrs. Young Adult 18-21 yrs. Popular Topics Include: Healthy Living Nutrition Fitness Sports Oral Health Emotional Wellness Growing Healthy Sleep. All prices are per person unless prior arrangements are made.
