Annual Boiler Service Includes: Flue Gas Analysis Gas Rate and Operating Pressure Safety Devices Check Inspection and Termination of Flue Ignition and Flame Picture System Controls Expansion Vessel Check and Recharge (if required) Appliance Case Seals, Location and Stability Cleaning the Magnetic Filter Additional Notes: If combustion chamber cleaning is required, an additional fee of £25 will apply. If new parts are needed, you’ll only be charged the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) on top of the standard hourly rate. Thermal Survey A quick, non-invasive method to inspect the efficiency of your radiators and underfloor heating. Chemical Test Includes a full system water quality test and the addition of an inhibitor, if necessary.
