We are all energy and so we can channel and focus universal life force energy within a body and mind for healing and inner changes, that may lead to transformations on your healing journey. Stress is the number one culprit of disease, reiki addresses stress in a way that allows your body and mind to activate its own natural healing abilities. Quantum physics has proven that we can affect particles that are far away, which is the technique we use to send healing intentions and energy your way even if we cannot be working on you in person, reiki long distant treatments are available if you choose.
