Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance. We will contact you to confirm your appointment, if you don't pickup the phone calls or response the emails, we will cancel your appointment. The $20 deposit won't refund if you didn't show up or cancel your appointment within our set cancellation rules, not includes reschedule. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
