Service Description

This Session is Good For: High School Senior | Lifestyle Portrait Session * Duration: 1 hour * Location: 1 location of your choice * Outfits: Up to 2 outfit changes * Included Images: Digital download of final edited high-resolution images * (4) Digital Files * Proof Delivery: Proofs will be delivered within 3-5 business days after the session * Final Edits Delivery: Once you have made your selection, * Final edits will be delivered within 14-21 business days after selection on Online Gallery + Print Release * Please note that delivery times for additional images may vary. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss customizing a package, feel free to reach out. It's important to note that the final pricing may vary based on additional services or packages you may choose, such as prints, albums, or retouching. Customized packages and pricing options can be discussed during the initial consultation to meet your specific needs. *Please note that all sessions should be scheduled within a 40-minute radius of the Raleigh area. Any bookings outside of this range will be subject to additional fees. A 50% retainer payment is required, with the full balance due on the day of the photo session. Please note that all retainer payments are non-refundable, and once booked, all portrait sessions are non-refundable. Your journey to timeless imagery begins here.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client: Your photography session can be canceled for any reason, but you must notify us within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. Once the 48-hour booking window has passed, you can only reschedule your appointment. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If you cancel after that, the session fee / deposit will not be refunded. You can reschedule only once per booking session. Cancellation by the Photographer: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your photography session, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your session in full. We reserve the right to cancel any session due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or any other unforeseen circumstance beyond our control. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your photography session. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new date and time, subject to availability. No-shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled photography session without prior notice, you will forfeit your session fee, and we will consider the session canceled. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your photography session, we may need to shorten the length of your session or reschedule for another time. If we need to reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited. If you arrived 15 minutes or later the session will be considered canceled, and your session fee will be forfeited. Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the final product of your photography session, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, please note that due to the subjective nature of photography, we cannot offer refunds on completed sessions.
