Cow cuddling: In order to get the most out of your Cow Companions visit, it is good to have an idea of what you would like to get from the experience beforehand. Many like to simply visit the cows and have a guided tour of the farm and their home. Some like to spend time with one or more of the Cows that they connect with. Others like to fully experience our services by hugging a cow and fully embracing them.* It is up to you to decide which level of interaction you are comfortable with.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate your interest in our sessions . To ensure a positive experience for all participants, please familiarise yourself with our refund and cancellation policy: 1. All Purchases are Final: a. As an operating cow sanctuary, all transactions are non-refundable. b. Once a session is booked and confirmed, the purchase is considered final. 2. Session Rescheduling: a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Participants may request to reschedule their session. b. To be eligible for rescheduling, participants must contact us at cow.companions@gmail.com at least 48 hours before their booked session date. 3. Digital Gift Card Option: a. In lieu of a refund, we offer the option to receive a digital gift card for the full amount of the booked session. b. The digital gift card can be used for future sessions or other services at our sanctuary. 4. Communication Requirement: a. Participants must contact us within 48 hours of their booked session date to request rescheduling or a digital gift card. b. Requests made after this timeframe may not be accommodated. 5. Contact Information: For rescheduling or digital gift card requests, please contact us at cow.companions@gmail.com, providing your booking details and preferred resolution. 6. Weather-Related Cancellations: a. In the event of inclement weather affecting the safety of the session, we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule the session. b. Participants will be notified in advance, and rescheduling or digital gift card options will be offered. 7. Sanctuary Discretion: a. Cow Companions reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in special circumstances. b. Such exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the sanctuary.
