Service Description

Anna is a senior clinical paediatric dietitian who has worked with thousands of infants in hospital settings with growth and intake concerns, feeding difficulties (breast and bottle), and starting solids. Anna works closely with families to address feeding concerns, clinically assess growth and intake requirements, develop skills for solids, plan for how to progress solids, and build responsive and trusting relationships with food, so that parents/carers can feel confident at meal times with no stress. A mealtime observation during the appointment is also available, so Anna can observe your child's meal time, intake, skills, and interest in food. If you would like this included just choose a time that is close to their usual meal time (there is no extra cost). A written report and educational materials are included Rebates: Private health rebates may apply, take your receipt to your provider to check your entitlement amount. Medicare can be accessed with a Chronic Disease Management plan arranged by your GP. It will entitle you to 5 x sessions with Dietetics and a partial rebate (currently $56 back per service).
