Service Description
Use this service to book an online (zoom meeting) appointment with our audiologist if you are: A current patient and you wish to discuss: - Adjustment the sound of your hearing aids - Problem with retention of the hearing aids in your ears - Your hearing aids are not comfortable - Have a question or problem with connectivity or streaming on your hearing aids - Any other issue with your hearing aids or, you are a new patient and have questions about hearing aids, technologies, specs and hearing aids prices. Note: This is a free online Zoom meeting with a qualified audiologist. You will receive an invitation to join this meeting as soon as you completed your booking on our website. In the email, there will be instructions on how to download Zoom App on your smartphone/computer/tablet and how to join in this meeting. Please contact us if have any problem requesting this online meeting.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy Please give plenty of heads up if you have to cancel or reschedule a home visit or in-clinic appointment. We will fully refund your deposit if at least 24-hour notice is given for the cancellation of an in-clinic or home visit appointment. You can reschedule or cancel an appointment from your admin panel on our website, our App, or by contacting us on our phone lines. Your payment will be used against the administration of cancellation of your appointment if less than 24-hour notice is provided. No Ear Wax Found Your payment will be used against the time of the clinic to run a visual examination of your ears, video-otoscopy, and possible referral to the GP, hence your payment is not refundable in case there is no ear wax to be removed. Online Rehabs and Follow-Up Appointments There will be no charge for cancelling or rescheduling your online consultation with our audiologist.
